How do I purchase products?
PuraSkin products can be purchased either online or by telephone on 1800 40 ACNE (2263). When purchasing online, simply register, select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your basket and then proceed to the checkout to pay for your order.

Can I buy your products in stores?
PuraSkin products are not available in stores. You can purchase either by telephone on 1800 40 ACNE (2263) or through our website.

How do I maintain my order?
When you join our PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Value Plan, we will automatically replenish your PuraSkin supply every 60 days. Every 30 days, we will debit your nominated credit card with the special member price. Every 60 days we will also debit your nominated credit card to cover postage and handling costs.

How much does it cost to join the PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Value Plan?
Membership is free and you will automatically become a member after ordering your first PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Kit.

How will I be charged?
We accept payment by credit card only.

What if I am unhappy with the results of PuraSkin?

If you are unsatisfied with your FIRST delivery of the PuraSkin Total Acne Solution Kit, contact us within 60 days of invoice date for a return authority. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and once received the full purchase price (less postage and handling) will be refunded to your credit card.

I placed an order for PuraSkin only 10 minutes ago and have changed my mind. Can I please cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately your order has been processed and payment has been received. You will need to wait until your receive your order before calling Customer Service to receive a return authority number and details of where to return the parcel.
